Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Miles Morales is an African-American/Puerto Rican teen from Brooklyn who is trying to fit in at a new private school in Manhattan, but the adjustment is hard for him. His life becomes even more complicated when he is bitten by a radioactive spider and begins developing super powers including venom strike, camouflage, sticking to objects, incredible hearing and Spidey sense. Meanwhile, the city’s criminal mastermind, Kingpin, has developed a secret nuclear super collider which opens up a portal to other universes, and is using it to pull different versions of Spider-Man into Miles’ world. Now, aided by Peter Parker, Spider-Gwen and a kick-ass version of Aunt May, and new characters Spider-Ham, Spider-Man Noir and anime Peni Parker, Miles learns to accept the challenges and responsibilities of being a real superhero. And he ultimately realizes that anyone can wear the hero’s mask and take action to fight for what’s right.
