Town That Dreaded Sundown

Based on a true story that took place in the late 1940s, the residents of Texarkana, Texas are terrorized by a hooded killer who stalks his victims in the evening. It's 1946. A Texas Ranger hunts for a maniac who's steadily racking up a body count and making life in Texarkana a living hell.
