Triple 9

A gang of dirty cops must undertake a nearly impossible heist to placate the Russian mafia, and a component of the heist requires them to execute a 999, or "Triple Nine," police code for "officer down." The plan is thrown into chaos when Chris Allen, the rookie cop whom they've conspired to kill, proves tougher and more capable than they'd planned, and he foils the attack.
