The Deep (Icelandic I with English Subtitles)

Based on an astonishing true incident that happened on a cold night in March 1984, a few miles off the South Coast of Iceland, a fishing boat sinks, and along with it, its crew. One of the crew miraculously managed to survive. After five hours in the ocean, the exhausted young man washes ashore, only to find himself on a deadly lava field. The film depicts his difficult journey to survive.
