An eleven-year-old hermaphrodite is being raised in a trailer by her white trash brother. She sees an opportunity to be something more than she has been when an African-American dancer friend gets hurt and has to drop out of the school talent show. With the help of a heavyset Asian lesbian friend and an effeminate male friend, she just might find what she is looking for inside herself.
