The Little Mermaid III: Ariel's Beginning

When Ariel's mother Queen Athena dies, King Triton outlaws music in the undersea kingdom of Atlantica because of the painful memories it drags up. But Ariel stumbles across an underground club filled with fun characters and wonderful songs. With the help of new friends and her sisters, Ariel sets out to change her stony father's mind about music and return the power of song to a kingdom that needs it.
