No Mercy

When two policemen, Eddie Jillette and Joe Collins find out about a contract on the crime boss Losado, they pose as hitmen in order to go after him. This results in murder of Collins and the man named Deveneux who hired them. Jillette goes on the hunt for their assassin and winds up in New Orleans. There he finds that Michel Duval, the girlfriend of Deveneux, is being held hostage by Losado and he has an additional problem to solve.
